Payment Terms

Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service cost.
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.

Failure to disclose relevant financial information may impact the quality of services provided.

Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified and given the option to accept the modifications or terminate their agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Our advice and recommendations are based on the information provided by clients and industry standards.
Credit, Keys, & Beyond Consulting Firm is not liable for financial outcomes resulting from client actions, decisions, or external circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in services caused by factors such as technical issues, force majeure events, or third-party actions.

Intellectual Property
All content, workshops, tools, materials, and resources provided by Credit, Keys, & Beyond Consulting Firm are protected under intellectual property laws.
Clients may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information.
Clients are prohibited from sharing proprietary tools, strategies, or materials provided during consultations or workshops.

Governing Law
